Are you an experienced Physical Therapist ready to lead a dynamic, high-performing clinic? Full Strength Physical Therapy (formerly Solutions Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine) in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Clinic Director who combines exceptional clinical expertise with strong leadership skills to guide a talented team and continue building a thriving, patient-centered practice.

• Energetic, experienced leader who loves clinical care and team development.
• Minimum 4 years of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
• At least 2 years of experience in a Clinic Director or similar leadership role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proven ability to mentor, motivate, and inspire a team
• Expertise in orthopedic and/or sports physical therapy
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and Virginia PT license (or eligibility)
