Base Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000
Employment Type: Full-Time

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (entry-level or experienced)
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
  • Virginia PT license or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Strong manual therapy skills with progressive exercise programming
  • Commitment to delivering individualized, evidence-based care
  • Desire to help patients return to full strength—not just basic function
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-driven environment
  • Motivation for ongoing clinical and professional growth
  • Experienced PTs should have an interest in mentoring others

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine your clinical niche through continuing education
  • Create a personalized learning path through the Build Your Own Education program
  • Participate in and help expand cash-based health and performance services
  • Develop leadership skills through mentoring and program development
  • Support clinic growth through clinical education and operational contributions
  • Attend monthly in-house clinical training sessions
  • Utilize provided annual MedBridge subscription for ongoing education

Responsibilities for New Graduates:

  • Complete structured onboarding with dedicated mentorship
  • Participate in weekly clinical check-ins for feedback and development
  • Receive protected time for skill-building and case review

Responsibilities for Experienced Physical Therapists:

  • Mentor entry-level clinicians and physical therapy students
  • Exercise advanced clinical autonomy while developing specialty areas
  • Contribute to leadership initiatives in education, programming, and operations
