Kaitlyn grew up in Carroll County, Maryland. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at Salisbury University then went on to get her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Marymount University in 2025.
With a lifelong background in athletics, Kaitlyn understands firsthand the demands of training, competing, and recovering both physically and mentally. That experience drives her passion for working with athletes and active individuals, helping them recover from injuries, prevent future setbacks, and reach their performance goals.
She enjoys working with individuals across all ages and activity levels. Whether you’re training for a sport, returning to movement after an injury or surgery, or just looking to improve your overall mobility and strength. Kaitlyn is committed to helping people move better, feel stronger, and stay engaged in the activities they love.
When she’s not in the clinic, Kaitlyn enjoys running, spending time with friends and family, exploring new coffee shops, and cheering on the Ravens.
