Alec is originally from Westchester, NY. He completed his undergraduate degree in athletic training at the University of Delaware before returning to his alma mater to obtain a Master in Anatomy & Clinical Health Sciences and Doctorate in Physical Therapy. During his time at Delaware, Alec worked with the university’s soccer, football, rowing, and baseball teams. He also completed an internship with the Green Bay Packers during his undergraduate. Alec’s interests lie in throwing athletes, weightlifters, knee pain, back pain, and optimizing performance. In his free time, Alec is an avid weightlifter, runner and enjoys eating out, attending stand-up comedy, and watching sports.
